The space was booked out for another meeting and they offered me a desk in the hotel lobby right by the door. Absolutely terrible

I had a really positive experience hot-desking at Whitechapel Think Factory. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, which immediately made the space feel friendly and well run. Getting there was straightforward thanks to the excellent transport links, and having gym access included in the day pass was a real bonus that I fully took advantage of. The overall atmosphere was professional yet relaxed, making it easy to settle in and be productive. It is the kind of workspace that makes the working day feel effortless, and I will definitely be coming back.
